IUMI hull 2023 to be retired

IUMI Hull 2025 has been available for over six months now, so it's time to retire IUMI Hull 2023. Anyone still studying at the 2023 version should migrate to the 2025 version.  We will remove the 2023 version from the site at the beginning of February.
